Bible Scripture for the day Psalm 100
Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise be thankful unto him and bless his name.
For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
Psalm 100 establishes the importance of thanksgiving, worshipping and exhortation of praise to God. Thank Him for all He has done. I highly encourage you to spend time with God thanking Him for everything He has done in our lives just like God’s people did in the past.
This well-known Psalm is rendered as songs of praise and can be considered as a prophecy, and even used as a prayer. There will be the coming of that time when all people shall know that the Lord is God and we shall become his worshipers, and the sheep of his pasture.
