Morning Prayer

Father we adore You this morning

We worship You most Holy God there is none like You.

We come against every obstruction and distraction this morning

I ask for your peace to overtake our hearts and to embrace us with your love. May your Words and promises quiet the worries and anxious thoughts in our mind. We give You all the things that are beyond our control and trust them in your capable hands.

I thank You, our Heavenly Father, through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour , that You kept us through out the night from all harm and danger; I pray that You will keep us this morning from sin and all evil, that all our doings and lives may please Thee. For into Thy hands I commend ourselves, our bodies and souls, and all things. Let Thy holy angel be with us, that the Wicked Foe may have no power over us while we continue our day

Lord we need Your light to shine into our lives, as we be the true light unto others. You have called us to be Your disciples in a time like this.

I give You thanks in advance for all You will do. In Your precious.

Psalm 127- Psalm for the day.

I lift up my eyes to the hills– where does my help come from?

My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.

He will not let your foot slip– he who watches over you will not slumber;

Indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.

The LORD watches over you– the LORD is your shade at your right hand;

The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

The LORD will keep you from all harm– he will watch over your life;

The LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
