A Christmas Prayer

Almighty God, we thank you for your precious who was born in a stable in Bethlehem in the poverty and simplicity, you changed our Word. As we imagine those surroundings, I thank God that we can also joined with the Shepherds and the wise men in wonder and praise I thank you for the new birth of your Son in the flesh redeems us from the old slavery under the yoke of sin, so we may receive him with joy as our Redeemer, and that when he comes to judge we may see Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with us.

So, Lord I thank you:

  1. For material lives.

  2. Praise you for our Spiritual lives.

  3. Trust in you for our eternal life

Loving Father, help us remember the birth of Jesus, that we may share:

  1. In the song of the angels.

  2. The gladness of the Shepherds

  3. Worship of the wise men

God the Creator we offer this humble prayer on Christmas Day, we come to Worship with: A song of thanks in our hearts. A song of redemption

A song of hope and renewal

Almighty God, I pray that You will grant us:

Lord the world is in so much chaos, we are unable to celebrate Christmas with our love ones. I pray that You will bless all my family members, friends and I pray Your blessings upon all creations. Close the door of hate and open the door of love all over the world. Lord You are the greatest gift of all, but whatever gifts are given please let it comes with kindness and good desires. Deliver us from evil by the blessing which Christ brings, and teach us to be merry with clear hearts.

Lord I thank you that: Luke 2:1-20– Enlighten our eyes to see the traditional nativity of your story.

1 John 4:7-14– Reminds us of God’s live for us in giving His Son to be born as human.
